How do I monitor my progress in the course?
The “Course” link at the top of the page is your gateway to completing the course requirements and monitoring your progress. You can check your progress at any time by clicking the “Assignments & Exams ” link.

How do I contact the instructor or course manager?
The best way to contact the instructor or course manager directly is to click the “Contact” link at the top of the page and send an email. Our goal is to respond to your email by the next business day. It is possible to contact the instructor or course manager with a phone call; however, we can’t guarantee that the person you need to speak with will be available. Global Aviation Representatives are available to assist you M-F, 8am-5pm Mountain Time. “Live Help”, our online chat feature, is available during those same hours. We recommend using Live Help for quick questions or concerns. Lengthy discussions, course-specific problems, or grade concerns should be addressed through email or telephone.

Do I have to follow the Course Schedule?
No, you do not. The Course Schedule is only a suggested timeline. You may complete the course at whatever pace you would like. Just make sure that you meet the midterm deadline for your Semester Project Proposal and have all the other course requirements completed by the due date at the end of the semester.
