Your first step toward earning your online degree is to apply for admission. Applying for admission at Utah Valley State College consists of 4 tasks, all of which must be completed in order to become an official UVSC student. If you are a Utah resident, you must apply and register on www.uvsc.edu .
- Fill out and submit an admissions application form
This application is specifically designed for those out-of-state students who plan to take online aviation courses while training at a local flight school. If you are a new student who has never attended UVSC, you should begin by filling out the online application for admission.
- Pay the $35 Application Fee
After your application form has been processed, which usually
takes 2-3 business days, you will need to pay the $35 application
fee. This is a one-time fee charged to all UVSC applicants.
To view the methods of payment, follow the link
above.
- Complete the Global Webstart Online Orientation
This short tutorial will give you an overall view of the Global Aviation Program, including academic policies and other important information. This orientation must be completed in order to be cleared for registration. NOTE: You will not be able to complete this orientation unless you have completed the previous two application steps. Follow the link above to begin the orientation.
- Complete the New Student Assessment Requirements
Every new student must complete the appropriate assessment requirements for proper placement in English and Math courses required for the degree. Follow the above link for more information.
If you have any questions about the application process, do not hesitate to contact us.
